PLANTING, HAYING or HARVEST ASSISTANCE

To apply immediately for Planting, Haying or Harvest assistance from Farm Rescue, CLICK HERE to fill out the online application. 

If you prefer to mail your application, CLICK HERE to download a copy. Print it out, answer the questions, sign the application and fax or mail it to Farm Rescue, along with the following required documentation:

Producer Farm Data Report from your local Farm Service Agency (Previous year's FSA-578 to show history of farming operation)

FSA maps with fields highlighted

Letter from physician, if application is based on a medical illness or injury

Photo of yourself

Additional information may be required upon receipt of application. Applications that are complete will receive priority consideration.

LIVESTOCK FEEDING ASSISTANCE

If you are seeking Livestock Feeding assistance, which involves mobilizing volunteers and Farm Rescue's Balebuster and/or Vertical Mixer at your farm, CLICK HERE to fill out the online application. This type of assistance does not pertain to hay hauling/transport services.

This assistance is available throughout our 9-state service area, including Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, eastern Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.

Our Angels in Blue and equipment are available to support livestock feeding when a rancher is unable to perform the work due to a crisis.
