| A: The primary eligibility requirements for applicants are listed below: |

1. Actively engaged in farming. |
| |
2. Have a viable farmering operation. |
| |
3. Have at least three years of experience operating your own farm. |
| |

| A: The Farm Rescue board of directors will make the final decision. All information from applications is kept confidential and used only to determine eligibility for assistance. |

|
| A: The volunteer board of directors is comprised of individuals from Farm Rescue, North Dakota Agricultural Mediation Services, Farm Service Agency, NDSU Extension Service, and Northland Financial. |
| |
|
| A: Yes, Farm Rescue assistance is limited to one planting and harvesting operation every three years per family farm. |
